INTERNATIONAL CALENDAR DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT We are pleased to confirm that The Men of Skye 2027 Calendar has now been officially listed and is available to order online. Following several months of photography, negotiation, livestock management and discussions concerning exactly how much of Donnie ought to be visible in February, the operation has now entered its commercial phase. The calendars can be ordered from the UK and internationally, allowing households considerably further afield than Skye to spend 2027 looking at crofters, barmen, electricians, postmen and other local gentlemen displaying a level of confidence which was not necessarily requested. Three versions are available: Standard Edition — for people who simply require twelve months of Highland dignity erosion. Signed Limited Edition — for those who believe the same thing becomes culturally significant once Donnie and Murdo have signed it. Personalised Gift Edition — for sending directly to somebody you care about, dislike slightly, or feel has had a very ordinary year. Orders are being taken now, with calendars dispatching from 17th November. A donation from every calendar sold will be made to Macmillan Cancer Support, so there is at least one thoroughly sensible part to the entire undertaking. International postage is available. This means The Men of Skye can now be dispatched to Europe, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and anywhere else prepared to accept them. Donnie has described this as “taking Skye to the world”. We have explained that Skye was generally managing fine where it was. Murdo is particularly pleased about Australia and has asked whether his photograph will appear upside down. The matter has been referred to Geography. Available now from the Isle of Skye Tourist Board shop: https://www.isleofskyetouristboard.co.uk/shop THE MEN OF SKYE 2027 CALENDAR. "Twelve months. Very little dignity. Now an international problem."
