Isle of Skye Tourist Board is an independent parody website and is not an official tourism authority, council service or registered charity. Humorous posts should not be treated as official travel, safety, transport or emergency advice.

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or reproduce substantial parts of its content without permission.

We take reasonable care with genuine visitor information, but conditions, timetables, prices and third-party services can change. Check important arrangements with the relevant official provider before travelling or spending money. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

Product descriptions, prices and delivery information shown at checkout form part of your order. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Where UK consumer law gives you a right to cancel or return an order, we will honour it. Some personalised, perishable or digital items may be exempt. Contact us promptly with your order details if there is a problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Support payments are voluntary contributions to help operate the independent page and website. They are not charitable donations and do not buy influence over editorial content. If a payment was made in error, contact us and we will review it fairly.

Each draw provides a free entry route with the same chance of winning as an entry recorded after a voluntary contribution. Contributions do not improve the odds. Unless the individual draw terms state otherwise, entry is limited to one per person per calendar day, using genuine personal details; entrants must be aged 18 or over, winners are selected randomly, and publication of a winner’s name requires permission. Draw dates, prizes and any additional eligibility conditions are displayed on the draw page.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on parody content or by events outside our reasonable control. We may update the website and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
