Our approach
We aim to make the website clear, readable and straightforward to navigate. Pages are designed to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom and common assistive technologies.
We use meaningful headings, descriptive links, visible focus states and alternative text where an image conveys useful information.
What you should be able to do
- Zoom text to 200% without losing essential content.
- Navigate the main pages using a keyboard.
- Use the website on current desktop, tablet and mobile browsers.
- Understand forms and receive clear feedback if something goes wrong.
Known limitations
Some older or third-party material, including embedded services and externally hosted images, may not meet the same standard. We will improve these areas when we identify a practical fix.
Tell us about a problem
If something prevents you from using the website, please contact us. Tell us which page you were using and what went wrong, and we will try to provide the information in another suitable format.
